The state has launched a large-scale inter-ministerial operation originally aimed at synthetic cannabinoids and kratom. The result? Blanket blocking of e-shops – including those that sell legal CBD products with all documentation in order.
Add to that the upcoming laws:
- New Addiction Act – in preparation, outcome uncertain
- Ban on cannabinoids in e-liquids – effective from July 1, 2026
- Strict regulation of online sales
- Excise tax on selected products
