These policies are drawn up in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

2. What personal data do we process?

When you make a purchase and use the e-shop, we process the following categories of personal data:

• Payment method (credit card – only transaction confirmation, we do not store card numbers)

4. Recipients of personal data

We only transfer your personal data to necessary third parties:

• Shipping companies (Zásilkovna, Česká pošta, PPL, GLS, DPD) – for parcel delivery purposes
• Payment gateway (provider's name) – payment processing
• Accountant / tax advisor – tax and accounting obligations
• E-shop platform operator (Shoptet / WooCommerce / other) – technical operation of the e-shop
• Google Analytics / Facebook Pixel – only with your consent (analytics and remarketing)

We do not transfer any personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA without adequate protection guarantees.

Our e-shop uses cookies. We categorize cookies as follows:

How to exercise your rights: Exercise your rights by email to informace@bestdealer.cz or in writing to the address of the business premises. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Personal Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse:

• Limited access only to authorized persons
• Regular data backups
• Contractual assurance of processors' obligations

8. Newsletter and Commercial Communications

If you have made a purchase with us, we may send you newsletters with offers of similar products based on legitimate interest (§ 7 par. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link in the email or by contacting info@bestdealer.cz.

We send newsletters to persons who have not made a purchase with us only with their explicit consent.

9. Age Verification

As part of age verification upon entering the e-shop (Adulto system or self-confirmation), we store information about consent to age confirmation. This data is processed solely to fulfill the legal obligation according to Act No. 65/2017 Coll.

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. The current version is always available at www.bestdealer.cz/gdpr. We will inform registered customers of significant changes by email.
