  • Operation Corundum: They locked us up overnight. Without trial, without evidence, without explanation.

In the morning we had a functional e-shop. In the afternoon, it was gone.
No summons. No court order. No specific accusations. Just silence - and a blocked store on Shoptet. This is exactly what the Korund operation looks like in practice for hundreds of legitimate sellers across the Czech Republic.

  • Stock up. While you still can.

This is not fear-mongering. This is not a marketing ploy. It is a simple reality that is happening right now – and we have experienced it firsthand.

The state launched a large-scale inter-ministerial operation originally aimed at synthetic cannabinoids and kratom. The result? Blanket blocking of e-shops – including those selling legal CBD products with all documentation in order.

  • The Czech hemp industry won't stop – so why is regulation still going around in circles?

The hemp industry in the Czech Republic does not suffer from a lack of interest, entrepreneurial energy, or consumer demand. It suffers from a lack of bold and consistent state policy.
